Loving the wellies, my favorite shade of green! Thankyou for your comment about the wine... it's not that hard, although the books can make it seem very difficult. I've had quite good success so far,(nettle beer aside! lol) but this is the 1st year I've really pushed on past plain old elderberry wine. I'd say give it a go, just not with the lilacs, they are classed as poisonous! x.
