So, as I mentioned before, I went home to Arkansas for a week-long visit back in October for some much-needed time with friends and family. And boy, did I see some family and friends. In true Southern style, there was a party or a get-together at someone’s house every night for the entire week I was home. Sometimes, there were even two parties per day.
And in true Arkansas style, the parties were the perfect mix of high and low. One of the things that I love so about Little Rock is that you can go from a ladies’ tea at the Country Club to the livestock stalls at the State Fair with nothing but a costume change in between.
